01About these terms

This website is operated by the company identified in our Terms of Sale. These terms govern your use of the site from any country. Purchases are additionally governed by the Terms of Sale.

02Who may use this website

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher, for personal, non-commercial use. By using it you confirm that you meet this condition.

03Visiting from outside Morocco

The site can be viewed worldwide, but the rules on CBD products are not the same everywhere. Displaying a product on this site does not mean it may be bought, imported or used in your country. Please check your local rules before ordering; our Terms of Sale explain what happens if a destination does not allow our products.

04Information on this website

We take care to keep product descriptions, sizes, prices and instructions accurate and up to date. Errors can still happen; if you notice one, please tell us and we will correct it.

Prices are set in Moroccan dirhams. Amounts shown in euros or US dollars are converted at rates set by ZAYLIVA and rounded up; the amount confirmed with your order is the one that applies. Products and prices may change, and a product may be withdrawn at any time. Photographs are illustrations.

The shop is available in English, French and Spanish. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.

05Not medical advice

ZAYLIVA products are cosmetics for external use. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a promise of therapeutic results, and our content does not replace the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment or have sensitive skin, please speak to a healthcare professional before using a new skincare product.

06Your cart, preferences and privacy

  • Your cart and preferences (language, currency and shipping destination) are saved only in your own browser, so they are still there when you return. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.
  • No advertising trackers. This site does not use advertising or social-media tracking. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so visiting does not send your data to third-party font services.
  • Order details you enter are handled as described in the “Your personal data” section of our Terms of Sale.

If we ever introduce analytics or similar tools, this section will be updated before they are switched on.

07Intellectual property

The ZAYLIVA name, logo, product designs, photographs, texts and the design of this website belong to ZAYLIVA or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages freely. Copying, adapting or reusing our content, in particular for commercial purposes, requires our written permission.

08Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • place orders with false details or orders you do not intend to accept or pay for;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website;
  • copy the catalogue or content automatically (scraping) or use the site for resale purposes.

We may block access or decline orders in case of misuse.

10Availability of the website

We aim to keep the site available at all times, in every country, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance or improvements.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, or for damage caused by viruses or technical issues outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

13Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes are handled as described in our Terms of Sale.
